    We ship wholesale flowers directly from the farm the same day they are cut.They are meticulously inspected to ensure export quality, and then packed under a cold chain that is maintained until the place of destination.

  • 5. HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
    We suggest that you place your order 8 days before the delivery date, and we also suggest that you receive your flowers 2-3 days before the event so they can be prepared; we can take orders up to 1 year in advance.
  • 6. ARE THE FLOWERS SHIPPED WITH WATER?
    Some flowers are shipped with sachets of water on each stem (roses and hydrangeas). Chrysanthemums have been carefully hydrated before shipping and do not need it.
  • 7. WHERE DO THE FLOWERS IN DREAMS CAN BLOOM COME FROM?
    Our flower varieties are grown and harvested on farms located in Colombia with strict quality standards. At Dreams Can Bloom we love nature, we care about the environment and the well-being of our workers. To that end, we meticulously select farms that follow standard procedures of high quality, sustainability and with certifications from accredited organizations such as Florverde, Ecofarms, Veriflora and/or USDA Organic.
  • 9. HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS LAST?
    All our flowers are freshly cut, which will guarantee the freshness of the product upon arrival; Each variety is different, and the distance from the destination is also a factor to consider. But at least the durability is 7 vase days.

  • 3. WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER HISTORY?
    You can see your previous order(s) in the "My Orders" section of "My Account". You will be able to view your open orders and order history as long as the orders have been placed while you were logged in to your account. You can limit the view to your most recent orders, orders placed in the last 6 months, and all orders from a specific year.

    First, you'll need to create a PayPal account if you don't already have one. Then sign in and make sure all the information in your PayPal account is up to date.   • 5. WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED?
    If your card is declined during checkout, be sure to double check the following to make sure you entered them correctly: -Expiration date -Security code/CVV (Card Verification Value) -Billing address: does it exactly match the one on your credit card? If everything looks correct, we suggest you contact your bank or credit card company.
